- Respect moderator decisions; warnings or bans may be issued.
- We never store or sell personal data unless required by law.
- Most importantly: have fun and help create a positive space for all trainers.
1. Follow Niantic’s Rules
All trainers must follow Niantic’s Terms of Service and Player Guidelines. This includes avoiding:
- Multi-accounting, account selling, or trading.
- Spoofing or using third-party map or scanner tools.
- Data mining or sharing unreleased game information.
- Discussion of third-party raid services (PokéRaid, PokéGenie, LeekDuck, and similar).
- Wayfarer misconduct.
Breaking Niantic’s rules risks removal from the community.

2. Be Respectful
Everyone deserves kindness and respect.
- Banter and sarcasm are fine with friends, but avoid it with strangers.
- Be patient and supportive, especially with new players or those who need extra help.
- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
This community is for everyone. Inclusivity is non-negotiable.
3. Keep It Drama-Free
Our focus is Pokémon GO, not personal conflict or divisive topics.
- Avoid political debates or unrelated arguments.
- Keep the space positive, welcoming, and focused on fun.
4. Meetups: Conduct and Safety
At meetups members are expected to:
- Act responsibly and represent the community positively.
- Avoid griefing, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or illegal behaviour.
- Respect public spaces; do not litter or cause damage.
- Understand that photos may be taken in public areas.
5. You Are Your Own Responsibility
- RDAB is not responsible for members or their actions.
- Meetups are informal gatherings at safe public locations.
- You are fully responsible for your own safety and wellbeing.
- RDAB is not liable for injuries, accidents, or issues that occur during play.
6. Zero Tolerance for Unsafe Behaviour
We take community safety seriously. If necessary, RDAB may:
- Report issues directly to Niantic.
- File police or hate-crime reports for serious incidents.
Unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
7. Respect Moderation Decisions
Moderators volunteer their time to keep this community safe and enjoyable.
- Respect their decisions.
- Repeated violations may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal.
- Appeals can be made via the RDAB User Appeals Process policy.
8. Data Storage and Privacy
- We do not collect your data unless you provide it (for example, for event competitions).
- We do not sell or share your personal data.
- Data may be shared only if a user has broken the law or poses a risk to other Niantic ambassador communities across the UK.

By joining RDAB spaces (including the app, Campfire, Telegram, or in-person meetups) you agree to follow these Community Standards (Arceus Law) and the rest of our policies at https://rdab.app.
