• We use Pokémon imagery (Poké Balls, characters, names, etc.) but do not own it.
• All rights belong to Niantic, Scopely, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc.
• RDAB is a volunteer-run, non-profit fan community project.
• We make no money from Pokémon intellectual property.
• If any rights holder requests removal of content, we will comply immediately.

1. Use of Pokémon IP

RDAB makes use of Pokémon names, characters, logos, Poké Balls, and related imagery as part of our community projects, events, and digital tools. We do not own, license, or claim any rights to this intellectual property. These elements are the exclusive property of Niantic, Scopely, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. RDAB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organisations.

2. Fan Content Disclaimer

RDAB is a non-profit fan project. We use Pokémon imagery only for community enjoyment and fan purposes under fair use and fan content guidelines. We do not generate profit from Pokémon intellectual property, nor do we sell Pokémon-branded content. Any resemblance to official Pokémon GO apps, services, or branding is unintentional and purely for fan engagement.

If a rights holder requests removal of any material, RDAB will comply promptly and fully.

3. Closing Statement

Our projects exist to support the local Pokémon GO community and enhance the player experience. We celebrate Pokémon as fans, not as an official partner. All Pokémon intellectual property remains the property of its respective rights holders.
