Scorbunny Hype

Last season saw RDAB avoid relegation from the World’s Route, the top CDL league. Can RDAB last another season in the top route with the highest scoring communities in the CDL? Will we see a new name at the top of the Catch Division? Will we see our first two time Catch Division winner this year? Or will some of last year’s winners make their way back to the top? The excitement is palpable.

The new CDL season, DNA, kicks off with the shiny debut of Scorbunny! The fire footed football fanatic will be invading Doncaster’s pitches and beyond! This is sure to be an exciting match as Scorbunny heats up the pitch and rivalries.

What is CDL?

CDL is a global catching competition between various ambassador communities vying for catching dominance. It opens at 9am and closes at 5:15pm every community day.

The competition is broken down into two divisions; Catch and Weight.

Catch Division Score 1 point for every Scorbunny caught during the 3 hour community day event. Score +5 points for every shiny Scorbunny caught not traded during community day.

Your score is calculated with screenshots of your Scorbunny Pokédex from before and after community day. Along with a screenshot of your shinies with the search string. Age0&shiny&!traded&+scorbunny

Weight Division This is your heaviest and lightest shiny Scorbunny caught during community day. This is entirely based on the weight of the Pokemon. It does not have to be xxl or xxs as that is based on height. You will need screenshots of shiny Scorbunny with the weight visible for entry into this division.

For full rules, information, and direct entry please see the CDL link at the end of the blog. If you need any assistance with the website, please feel free to DM me.

Additional Information CDL is a global competition. This means you do not have to attend our Meetup or play in Doncaster. However, if you are able to attend, please consider it. The check-in rewards are definitely worth it.

You must play according to Niantic’s ToS guidelines.

You must choose our community when registering for an account on the CDL website. If you wish to change communities, this can be done via the CDL Discord Server. If you do not have a website account, a competition record will be created for you. To be listed on the website, you must log into this record to claim it and accept the privacy notices to have your results listed on the website.
